Ingredients
- Mince ½ kg
- Tomatoes 375 grams
- Spaghetti (boiled) 1 packet
- Green Chilies 10
- Cumin Seeds 2tsp
- Onions 2
- Salt 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder 1tsp
- Capsicums 2
- Red Chili 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder 1 tsp
- Oil ½ cup
- Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
- Coriander Leaves
Method
- Heat oil, add Ginger Garlic Paste and fry it In the pan.
- Add Mince and cook it on high flame now.
- Now add Tomatoes, Onions, , Cumin Seeds, Green Chilies, Turmeric Powder, Salt, Coriander Powder, Red Chili and Capsicums, cook them on a high flame and cover it well.
- After it is done, add boiled Spaghetti and mix it well.
- When the water dries, sprinkle Coriander Leaves.
- Now Qeema Spaghetti is ready to be served.
