Chicken Croquettes Recipe

  • Chicken Mince ¼
  • Egg 3
  • Cheese half cup
  • Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
  • Hari Mirch 3 (chopped)
  • Hara Dhanya 1 gaddi (chopped)

  • Maida half cup
  • Corn Flour half cup
  • Cooking Oil 4 cups
  • Surkh Mirch (chopped)
  • Garam Masala half tsp
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Surkh Mirch Powder (to taste)

  1. Add 2 eggs, mayonnaise, cheese, surkh mirch and salt in a bowl and mix them well.
  2. In other pan cook chicken mince with hara dhanya, hari mirch, garam masala, surkh mirch powder and salt.
  3. Take another pan and beats eggs well.
  4. In other pan, mix corn flour and maida in the water.
  5. Now take cooked chicken mince and spread it on a plate or hand and then fill the mixture of egg, cheese and mayonnaise in it then fold it like a roll.
  6. Now dip the roll made of mince in egg and corn flour and maida then keep it aside.
  7. Take a big fry pan and heat remaining oil well then fry all rolls 15 to 20 minutes or until they become brown.
  8. Now yummy Chicken Croquettes are ready to be served.
