- Whole Chicken 1
- Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tablespoons
- Cumin Powder 1 teaspoon
- Red Chilli Powder 2 tablespoons
- Vinegar 2 tablespoons
- Yogurt 1cup
- Garam Masala 1 tablespoon
- Red Chilli Flakes 1 tablespoon
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Lemon 2
- Salt to taste
Method
- First apply Vinegar on Chicken and then marinate it around for 30 Minutes.
- Now take all the ingredients and mix them well to make a paste and apply it on Chicken and then marinate it at least for 2 or 3 hours, for better result marinate it over night.
- Now Steam it for about 20 Minutes and then fry it until it gets golden brown in colour.
- Your Chicken Chargha is ready to be served With Chaat Masala and lemon wedges.
