Biscuit Pudding - Recipe in Urdu

Biscuit Pudding

Ingredients

  • Corn flour 4 tbsp
  • Fresh milk 1 liter
  • Biscuits 1 packet
  • Walnut finely chopped 1 cup
  • Raspberries jam 1 bottle
  • Pine apple cubes 1 tin
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Fresh cream 2 packets
  • Raspberries jelly 1 packet

Method


  1. Boil fresh milk on a low flame with 1 cup of sugar.
  2. Dissolve 4 tablespoon of corn flour in a sufficient amount of milk and pour and stir it in milk with spoon.
  3. Take a deep dish now and place a layer of custard then a layer of biscuits.
  4. Cook raspberry jelly in the hot water and keep it in the fridge till it sets.
  5. Spread the layer of jam and jelly on custard now.
  6. Now put 1 of cup walnut and 1 of cup pineapple cubes on it.
  7. Spread another layer of biscuits, then custard followed by the layer of  fresh cream  topped  with jam, jelly , walnuts and pineapple chunks.
  8. Now keep it in the fridge.
  9. Your Biscuit Pudding is ready to be served as a dessert/sweet dish.
