- Boiled potatoes ½ kilo gram
- Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
- Pita Bread 8
- Chopped green chilies 4
- Cottage Cheese (grated) 1 Packet
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Chopped green coriander 1 bunch
- Lemons 2
- Oil as required
- Flour 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Water (as required)
Method
- Mix flour in some water. peel the boiled potatoes and them mash them.
- Add red chili flakes, chopped green chilies, crushed black pepper, green coriander, lemon juice, cottage cheese and some salt in them.
- Put the mixture on a pita bread and cover it with other pita bread.
- Seal it with flour mixture. heat oil in the pan and then fry the pita paratha in it.
- Now Pita Paratha is ready to be served.
