- Mince 1 kilo gram
- Tomatoes 250 grams
- Ridged elbow 1 packet
- Green Chilies 10
- Oil ½ cup
- Coriander Leaves ½ bunch
- Crushed Red Chilies 1 tsp
- Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
- Achar Masala 2 tablespoon
- Salt ½ tsp
- Tamarind Pulp 2 tablespoon
METHOD
- Add red chilies, coriander leaves, salt, ginger garlic paste, tamarind pulp and chopped green chilies In the mince.
- Heat oil in a clay pot, now add tomatoes paste, achari masala, red chili powder, salt and yogurt then fry them well.
- Add masala mince and then fry add ridged elbow.
- Sprinkle green chilies and coriander leaves.
- Now Achari Pasta is ready to be served.
