- Beef undercut 1 kg
- Sliced onion 1
- Cloves Of Garlic 2
- Ground Lemon Grass ½ cup
- A Piece of Ginger
- Turmeric Powder 1 tablespoon
- Red Chilies 6
- A dozen skewers
- Coriander Powder 1 tablespoon
- Brown Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Fish sauce 2 tablespoon
- White Cumin 1 tablespoon
- Dark Soya Sauce 3 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Oil to requirement
Method
- In a bowl, mix 1 sliced onion, ½ cup ground lemon grass, a piece of ginger, 2 cloves of garlic, 6 red chilies, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp white cumin, 1 tbsp coriander powder , 1 tbsp brown sugar, 3 tbsp dark Soya sauce, 2 tbsp fish sauce, and salt as required and form a thick paste.
- Marinate all beef boti and keep it for half an hour.
- Heat a grill pan.
- Soak wooden skewers for 15 mins, then add boti in them.
- Brush some oil on top of it and keep it on grill until the beef gets tender.
- Now Beef Satay is ready to be served.
