- Coconut (Grated) 250 g
- Vanilla essence ½ tsp
- Sugar powder ½ cup
- Dry milk 2 tbsp
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Eggs 2
Method
- Pre- heat oven at 145 C.
- Mix all ingredients in the bowl with hand and bake it 18 to 20 minutes.
- Dish it out now.
- Simple Coconut Macaroons is ready to be served in lunch or dinner as a side dish.
