- Mutton Liver 1 ½ kg
- Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
- White vinegar 1 tsp
- Chopped green chilies 1 bunch
- Chopped green coriander 1 bunch
- Chopped green chilies 4
- Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Red chili flakes 1 tsp
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Salt to taste
- Lemon 2
- Oil ½ cup
Method
- Marinate mutton liver in the Chopped garlic cloves and keep it for 10 min.
- Now wash that with cold water then strain the water.
- Put mutton liver in the pan and add 1 tablespoon red chili flakes in it, add one tablespoon white vinegar and 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste and cook it on a low flame.
- Add 1 tablespoon roasted cumin powder and ½ cup of oil in it when the water dries.
- Add 2 lemons' juice, chopped green chilies, chopped coriander and some salt in it.
- Cook it for 5 minutes. Now Tali Howi Kaleji is ready to be served with naan.
