Kaleji Fry Recipe

Ingredients

  • Mutton Liver 1 ½ kg
  • Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
  • White vinegar 1 tsp
  • Chopped green chilies 1 bunch
  • Chopped green coriander 1 bunch
  • Chopped green chilies 4
  • Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chili flakes 1 tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon 2
  • Oil ½ cup

Method


  1. Marinate mutton liver in the Chopped  garlic cloves and keep it for 10 min.
  2. Now wash that with cold water then strain the water.
  3. Put mutton liver in the pan and add 1 tablespoon red chili flakes in it, add one tablespoon white vinegar and 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste and cook it on a low flame.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon roasted cumin powder and ½ cup of oil in it when the water dries.
  5. Add  2 lemons' juice, chopped green chilies, chopped coriander and some salt in it.
  6. Cook it for 5 minutes. Now Tali Howi Kaleji is ready to be served with naan.
