Seekh Kabab Recipe

Ingredients

  • Mince 1 kilo gram
  • Onions 250 grams
  • Green Coriander ½ bunch
  • Eggs 2
  • Green Chilies 6
  • Red Chili Powder 2 tsp
  • Papaya Paste 1 tsp
  • All Spice Powders 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Mace Powder ½ tsp
  • Nutmeg Powder ½ tsp
  • Oil as required
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tsp

Method


  1. Put 1 kilo gram mince In a chopper, 6 green chilies, 250 grams onions, and ½ bunch of green coriander and then chop them.
  2. Now add 2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste, 2 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp papaya paste, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp nutmeg powder, 1 tsp all spice powder, ½ tsp mace powder and 2 eggs and now mix them well and roll it on skewers.
  3. Now fry them in heated oil.
  4. Now Seekh Kabab is ready to be served.
