- Rice 2 ½ cups
- Mushrooms 1 tin
- Soya Sauce 1 tsp
- Chopped Green Chilies 4
- White vinegar 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Chopped Capsicum 2
- Sesame seed Oil 1 tsp
- Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp
- Chopped Garlic 4 Cloves
- Oil 1 cup
Method:
- Take 2 ½ cups of rice then wash and soak it. Drain the water and add it in fresh water. Add salt and boil. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add 1 cup of oil in the pan, add in chopped garlic and fry until it gets golden brown.
- Add mushrooms, capsicum and chopped green chilies. Fry them and add rice in them.
- Keep stirring with the spoon.
- Add 1 tsp soya sauce, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp crushed black pepper and 2 tbsp vinegar. Cook it for 2 minutes and add 1 tsp sesame seed oil. Now mushroom Rice is ready to be served.
