Mushroom Rice Recipe

Mushroom Rice Recipe
Ingredients: 
  • Rice 2 ½ cups
  • Mushrooms 1 tin
  • Soya Sauce 1 tsp
  • Chopped Green Chilies 4
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Chopped Capsicum 2
  • Sesame seed Oil 1 tsp
  • Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp
  • Chopped Garlic 4 Cloves
  • Oil 1 cup 

Method:


  1. Take 2 ½ cups of rice then wash and soak it. Drain the water and add it in fresh water. Add salt and boil. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Add 1 cup of oil in the pan, add in chopped garlic and fry until it gets golden brown.
  3. Add mushrooms, capsicum and chopped green chilies. Fry them and add rice in them.
  4. Keep stirring with the spoon.
  5. Add 1 tsp soya sauce, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp crushed black pepper and 2 tbsp vinegar. Cook it for 2 minutes and add 1 tsp sesame seed oil. Now mushroom Rice is ready to be served.
