Ingredients:
• Rice (boiled) half kg• Oil 2 tbsp
• Saffron with Milk ¼ tsp
• Orange color a pinch
• Curry leaves 15
Ingredients For Gravy
• Yogurt half cup
• Boneless Chicken Cubes Half kg
• Fresh Red Pepper 1 tbsp
• Szechwan Sauce 2 tbsp
• Salt 1 tsp heaped
• Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
• Tikka Masala 2 tbsp
• Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
• Oil ¼ cup
Ingredients For Baghaar
• Oil Quarter cup
• Garlic (crushed) 2 tbsp
• Szechwan sauce 2 tbsp
• Green chili (sliced) 8
• Soya sauce 1 tbsp
• Coal to give Dum
• Capsicum (chopped) 1
• Curry leaves 10
• Cream quarter cup
• Flour 2 tsp
Method For Rice:
1. Boil rice with salt as per your taste, drain heat 2 tbsp in a oil add curry leaves, boil rice, with saffron milk and colour. Keep it aside.
Method For Gravy:
1. Marinate chicken with yoghurt, ginger garlic paste, Szechwan sauce color and salt. Fry them in tbsp oil until they're done.
2. Heat oil in another pan then add curry leaves, sliced green chilies and chopped garlic.
3. ketchup soya sauce, Szechwan sauce. add cooked chicken to this masala.
4. Add, cream, chopped capsicum and flour. Give dum of coal to serve.
5. In a big bowl put gravy on one side of bowl place rice to another side. Now yummy Tikka Platter is ready to be served.
