Ingredients:

Chicken cube 500 g

Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
·
Crushed Garlic 1 tsp
·
Salt ¼ cup
·
Oil ¼ cup
Chutney ingredients:
·
Yogurt ½ cup
·
Green Coriander ½ cup
·
Mint Leaves ¼ cup
·
Gram Masala 1 tsp
·
Green Chilies 6 to 7
·
Cumin ½ tsp
For Garnish
·
Ginger Julian Cut 1
tbsp
Method:
1.
Mix mint leaves, yogurt,
green chilies ,green coriander and gram Masala well and then grind.
2.
Take out sauce in the
bowl.
3.
Heat oil in a pan and fry
garlic and ginger.
4.
Add chicken in the pan
and let it cook until it turns light golden brown in color.
5.
Add lemon juice and
garnish with ginger. Now Green Masala Chicken is ready to be served.
