Keema Paratha - Recipe in Urdu

Keema Paratha
Ingredients:
  • Beef Mince 1 kg
  • Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped Onion 3
  • Red chili 1 tbsp
  • Chopped Green Coriander 1 bunch
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Chopped Green chilies 4
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Lemons 2

Method:



  1. Add 1 cup oil in the pan and add 3 chopped onion, fry it until they get golden brown.
  2. Add 1 tsp turmeric,1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, and 1 tbsp red chili powder and let it cook with some water.
  3. Add 1 kg mince and some salt. 1 bunch of green coriander and 2 lemon juice, Add in 4 chopped green chilies, add in lemon juice.
  4. Simmer it for 5 minutes and Qeema Paratha is ready to be served.
