- For Sugar Syrup
- Sugar 1 kg
- Water 250 gm
- For Jalebi
- Yeast 100 gm
- All purpose flour 200 gm
- Soda 1 pinch
- Water 100 gm
- Oil for frying
Method
For Sugar Syrup:
- Cook water and sugar together till it has a boil.
- Then turn off the stove.
- Mix all the ingredients apart from oil and make a paste.
- Now put the mixture in jalebi cloth and make jalebees in hot oil.
- Fry till it turns brown in color from both sides.
- Now put them in prepared sugar syrup and serve.
