Chargha Recipe

Ingredients
  • Whole Chicken 1
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tablespoons
  • Cumin Powder 1 teaspoon
  • Red Chilli Powder 2 tablespoons
  • Vinegar 2 tablespoons
  • Yogurt 1cup
  • Garam Masala 1 tablespoon
  • Red Chilli Flakes 1 tablespoon
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Lemon 2
  • Salt to taste

Method


  1. First apply Vinegar on Chicken and then marinate it around for 30 Minutes.
  2. Now take all the ingredients and mix them well to make a paste and apply it on Chicken and then marinate it at least for 2 or 3 hours, for better result marinate it over night.
  3. Now Steam it for about 20 Minutes and then fry it until it gets golden brown in colour.
  4. Your Chicken Chargha is ready to be served With Chaat Masala and lemon wedges.
