Ingredients
- Chicken mince half kg (well grounded)
- Ginger garlic paste 1 - tablespoon
- Onion – 1
- Black pepper powder half teaspoon
- Cardamom quarter tablespoon (mashed)
- White cumin powder half teaspoon
- Black cumin powder half teaspoon
- Paprika powder quarter tablespoon
- Cinnamon powder quarter tablespoon
- White pepper powder quarter tablespoon
- Cream 3 tablespoons
- Yogurt 3 tablespoons
- Baking powder 1 pinch
- Green chilli 5 to 6 (mashed)
- Cooking oil 2 to 3 tablespoons
- Salt as needed
Method
- Take all ingredients apart from oil chop them well in a chopper.
- Now grease your hands with the help of oil and make the balls of mince then insert the rode (seekh) through the mince ball and press it with your hand to make the seekh kabab.
- Now you can heat the kabab on the ablaze coal or bake them or after frying them you can keep them in dum with the ablaze coal.
- Now chicken reshmi kabab is ready to be served hot.
