Aloo Pita Paratha

Ingredients

  • Boiled potatoes ½ kilo gram
  • Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
  • Pita Bread 8
  • Chopped green chilies 4
  • Cottage Cheese (grated) 1 Packet
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Chopped green coriander 1 bunch
  • Lemons 2
  • Oil as required
  • Flour 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Water (as required)

Method


  1. Mix flour in some water. peel the boiled potatoes and them mash them.
  2. Add  red chili flakes, chopped green chilies, crushed black pepper,  green coriander, lemon juice, cottage cheese and some salt in them.
  3. Put the mixture on a pita bread and cover it with other pita bread.
  4. Seal it with flour mixture. heat oil in the pan and then fry the pita paratha in it.
  5. Now Pita Paratha is ready to be served.
