Ingredients:
- Mince ½ kg
- Green Chilies 12
- Coriander Leaves 1 bunch
- Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp
- Whole Coriander 1 tbsp
- Onions 250 gms
- Red Chili (crushed) 2tsp
- Yogurt 250 gms
- Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
- Black Pepper(crushed) 1 tsp
- Finely Chopped Ginger 2 tbsp
- Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil ½ cup
Method:
- Marinate mince with ginger, garlic, yogurt and salt. Mix them well and leave.
- Heat oil now, add mince in a pan and fry it in high flame.
- After this, add whole coriander, cumin seeds and green chilies.
- Now cut onion in omelet shape and add it into the mince.
- Add red chili, black pepper, garam masala powder, coriander leaves and simmer them for 5 mins.
- Now take it off the stove.
- Sprinkle ginger, Now Khara Qeema is ready to be served.
