Khara Keema Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Mince ½ kg
  • Green Chilies 12
  • Coriander Leaves 1 bunch
  • Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Whole Coriander 1 tbsp
  • Onions 250 gms
  • Red Chili (crushed)  2tsp
  • Yogurt 250 gms
  • Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
  • Black Pepper(crushed) 1 tsp
  • Finely Chopped Ginger 2 tbsp
  • Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil ½ cup

Method:


  1. Marinate mince with ginger, garlic, yogurt and salt. Mix them well and leave.
  2. Heat oil now, add mince in a pan and fry it in high flame.
  3. After this, add whole coriander, cumin seeds and green chilies.
  4. Now cut onion in omelet shape and add it into the mince.
  5. Add red chili, black pepper, garam masala powder, coriander leaves and simmer them for 5 mins.
  6. Now take it off the stove.
  7. Sprinkle ginger, Now Khara Qeema is ready to be served.
